The Objectives of the CME Program are to:


  • Update physicians on new medical information

  • Apply new scientific and clinical knowledge and new skills and techniques

  • Present up-to-date information about medical ethics and morals in medical practice

  • Utilize the resources of the The Committee For Innovations In Medical Education to contribute to the education of the profession regionally, nationally, and internationally

  • Enhance practicing physician's ability to solve medical problems

  • Ensure responsiveness to quality assurance issues that may benefit from CME activities

  • Add new knowledge in the field of professional education

  • Enhance the overall health of the community

  • Broaden the physician's ability to care for different types of patient
